23th of june: Fiesta de San Juan
In Spain the festival of San Juan is very celebrated, Ibiza is not an exception and every year is celebrated with a bonfire, which dismisses all the bad that happened the previous year and happens to celebrate the beginning of summer.You must not miss their extraordinary fireworks.
The celebration takes place on the night of June 23 to 24, which is the shortest and has the most light of the year. At 12 o´clock at night is the lighting of the 9 bonfires that can be skipped. It is among the best local parties on the island of Ibiza, great atmosphere, concerts of all kinds, local wine, donuts, etc. Finally, on the 24th the procession of the saint is celebrated, with carvings of great artistic value .
16 July: Nuestra Señora Del Carmen e n Ibiza, San Antonio and Formentera
This party is very famous for being the patron of fishermen. In Ibiza city there is a beautiful procession in the port, San Antonio, Es Cubells is also celebrating its patron saint, as in the fence n to the island of Formentera.
5 August to 8 August: Our Lady of the Snows and San Ciriaco
There are three days when Ibiza Town celebrates the patron saint of the island, San Ciriaco. On such long-awaited dates, the population and visitors enjoy a full day of concerts, recreational and cultural events, as well as fireworks.On August 8, on the occasion of San Ciriaco, there is a popular meal in the Puig des Molins.
29 september: Feast of San Miguel De Balansat
